You have probably received an answer to the question
but just in case you haven't fixed it this is what
needs to be done. First the leak is a design problem
99% of the heads leak. The seals (o-rings) for the
bolts need to be doubled and glued together before
they are inserted. This appears to cure the problem
and should not occur again.
